Mortgage Wyse were using an outdated system with manual document management in place with mortgage advisors sending any and all documents over email to Andrew. This was a particular concern because of document security.
We sat down with Andrew Sage and walked through his business with him; This led us to finding that the company structure was remote working so installing a new SharePoint environment with separate areas for all the advisors was the best solution.
We implemented the system to allow for the addition of new advisors in an easy and controlled manner.
This has led to an increase in productivity and decrease in administration time.
